What We Offer

  • Our therapist will assist you in finding the best program to meet your goals, whether it be one program or a combination.

    *Returning patients require new evaluation if lapse in visits over 90 days.

  • Each athlete visit will consist of a combination of three areas based on the athlete evaluation.

    Sports Performance: Sports Performance Training is meticulously designed to cultivate athletes with impeccable technique, fostering both injury prevention and peak performance. Our comprehensive approach goes beyond the surface, focusing on the fine details that propel athletes to excel in their chosen sports, while also ensuring their physical well-being and resilience.

    Sports Recovery: Our Sports Recovery Program focuses on assessing and addressing aches and discomfort. We use techniques like massage, specialized stretching, modalities such as NormaTec and Cupping, and cryotherapy to support the recovery process. This comprehensive approach is aimed at optimizing healing and minimizing the risk of re-injury for athletes.

    Stretching: We lead athletes through a customized series of static and dynamic stretches that will improve sports performance.

  • Cryotherapy is a treatment that creates very low temperatures using liquid nitrogen. This technology provides a natural, safe and non-invasive way to maximize sports and fitness performance, decrease pain

Return to Sport Progression

Our physical therapist is able to evaluate your athlete’s medical condition, give medical guidelines for participation in strength and conditioning and in each even in gymnastics at all levels including elite. In addition, our physical therapist will evaluate the athlete’s flexibility and strength to determine if any deficits exist which can contribute to future injuries. 

Communication with Coaches

Our physical therapist often communicates with coaches at the club or NCAA level to provide improved continuity of care.

At Associates Physical Therapy, we provide extensive support to athletes of all sports, including champion gymnasts. They recovered from their injuries and went on to earn full ride college scholarships are displayed on our wall with pride.
