While stress management is her first passion, she knew there was more that she could do to help others with their overall wellbeing. After receiving her license, her reach to help others has expanded. She believes that massage therapy is one of the many complimentary therapies that can assist with quality of life, mental wellbeing, and injury recovery. Her modalities include therapeutic deep tissue, trigger point, myofacial release, Swedish, and cupping.
